Golden Gris - Minnesota Colection ($24.99/btl - 750ml)
A rich, full bodied white wine made from two U of M varieties, La Crescent (90%) and Frontenac Gris (10%). Best described as a cross between a German Auslese and a Spanish Sherry. At 3% residual sweetness and 15% alcohol, this is your perfect aperitif wine. Serve chilled with smoked ham, ripe olives, and toasted almonds.

Frontenac - Minnesota Collection ($24.99 - 750ml)
A dry red table wine from a stellar vintage. Aged for one year in new American oak, our wine maker, Nan Bailly, considers this her finest Frontenac ever. Released by the U of MN in 1990, Frontenac was the first named wine grape to come out of the U’s newly funded research into cold climate viticulture.

GSM - Minnesota Collection ($24.99 750ml)

The “traditional” GSM blend is Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre - three grapes that have been blended together in the South of France for centuries. Our Minnesota GSM replaces the “M” with Marquette, a grape that was developed at the University of Minnesota and grown here. Medium to full bodied dry red wine, with bright fruit up front and depth of flavor, this is great with any grilled mediterranean cuisine.

Rosé Noir ($14.99/btl - 750ml)
A deeply colored off-dry rosé (noir means black) which fits perfectly between a white and red wine. Light and flavorful, bursting with cherry fruit, the grapes are Foch and deChaunac, two red grapes pulled off their skins quickly at harvest to minimize both the color and intensity. Delightful on its own, or match it with equally light and lovely foods. Serve chilled.
